Inviting application for Manager / Senior Manager - Partner Programs & Operations – Global Alliances
Introduction:
The Partner Programs and Operations team supports our Global Alliances and Channel Partners by defining and operationalizing standard programmatic elements that enable partnership standardization, health, and maturation at scale. We have oversight into and are accountable for the operational readiness of our programmatic capabilities, the user experience, and systems, tools, and processes necessary for our internal teams and partners to obtain relevant Partner statuses, and defined KPI’s and OKR’s. We also provide data insights to our internal and partner business stakeholders driving and supporting strategic decisions. In this role the scope will be across the various operational components of the Global Alliances and Channel organization. This role will blend process design and optimization, with workflow optimization, and will include ensuring operational readiness, process adoption and maturity, and efficiency across all channels and alliances as a centralized, shared resource model.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and manages reports as they relate to Strategic Alliance wins, signed and delivered revenue, pipeline, and appropriate channel alliance partnership metrics in Connected/Salesforce, Partner Portals, and maintenance of relevant Dashboards and components
- Maintains project related documentation including processes, reports/dashboards tools and procedures, Playbooks, and documentation in the Global Alliances Center of Excellence and correlated change management activities
- Assists in content creation for relevant Partner success stories, references, use cases, and Newsletters in association with the Partner Sales Team
- Drives alignment and application of Partner Differentiation and competencies as aligned by the Partner and as achieved by Genpact
- Co-develops operational processes that adhere to program initiatives across all Strategic Global Alliances and Channel Partnerships
- Acts as SME for all relevant Partner Programs including Funding, Solutions, and Go To Market Accelerators enabling Playbooks, reporting, analytics, and governance to defined processes
- Conducts periodic status checks to assess progress against the Joint Business Plan across the Global Alliances and Channel Program
- Collaborates with internal and partner business stakeholders in alignment with specific key metrics and go to market activities by Partnership(s), across Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Marketing
- Provides specific reports and account mapping data elements to drive sales enablement and lead generation in collaboration with the Partner Sales Team
- Project manages all requisite tasks and activities by hosting weekly Partnership stand ups and driving agenda, strategic planning, and accountability of correlated action items
- Partner Portal entry and management for all related partner segmentation and balanced scorecard items as identified in our joint business plans
- Creates and maintains reports to conduct validation of programmatic tasks, channel alliance partnership opportunities, trends, and performance to drive visibility and adherence to partner program operations
- Deducts and documents the aligned balanced scorecard metrics and partner operations maturation strategy mapping and other SWOT related initiatives by Partner(s)
- May assist with onboarding and training/mentoring within the aligned partnership(s) as new team members are identified
Other Responsibilities:
- Assistance in planning meetings for Partnership meet ups and events
- Training new resources as applicable
- Lead the collaboration and/or project management of programmatic activities and integration across different internal Departments to uplevel internal Partnership motions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Industry
- Sound experience in Channel Partner program life cycle, and partner portal management
- Thorough knowledge of the partner sales and operational processes
- Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation
- Channel operations expert with strategic mindset
- Proven leadership skills, business acumen, and performance driven
- Exceptional determination, tenacity, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
- Demonstrated history of managing data inputs to raise the quality of decision making
- Transformational experience within a rapidly evolving, high-growth company environment
- Ability to drive collaboration with partner programs, functional and technical teams with effective problem resolution
- High energy with the capability to multi‐task in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
- Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Suite
- Advanced knowledge of partner portals
- Project management or process improvement certification such as PMP, Agile, or LEAN Six Sigma desired
