The Senior Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx's relationship with our Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. In this role, you'll work with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director and above) daily to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist's features and services. The Pharmaceutical Account Manager presents new ideas and innovations to clients, upselling and enhancing their products, serving as the liaison between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and all key stakeholders at AssistRx.

Responsibilities
  1. Form strategic partnerships with clients by developing a thorough understanding of their business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  2. Establish and maintain a role as an advisor to clients and colleagues.
  3. Present new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance their products and services.
  4. Research high-level solutions tailored to client needs.
  5. Develop and nurture relationships with clients through regular meetings and conference calls to review service quality and ensure they maximize benefits from iAssist's features.
  6. Collaborate with Client Services to resolve complex support issues effectively.
  7. Manage the delivery of services to achieve high client satisfaction and trust.
  8. Determine the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessary.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service inquiries.
  10. Participate in client quarterly reviews, annual Plan of Action meetings, and other travel as needed.
  11. Plan milestones and track progress effectively.
  12. Keep all relevant parties informed by presenting clear and concise information.
Requirements
  1. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Good listening and comprehension skills.
  3. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  4. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
  5. Minimum of three years experience in customer support and/or sales roles.
  6. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams.
  7. Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management experience is highly desirable.
  8. Technical skills are a must.
