CarePartners Health Services, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Manager Staffing and Private Duty Services to lead staffing across Private Duty, Call Center, and In Home Services. You will recruit, onboard, and schedule staff, while directing daily operations and ensuring accurate intake and data entry.
The role requires a BSN (or in progress with 4-year completion), NC RN licensure and BLS, plus 1 year of supervisory experience. eNLC may apply; management experience in staffing is preferred.

Ensures effective utilization of staffing resources by evaluating staffing needs of the Private Duty programs, Internal Staffing Agency, Call Center, CAP-DA and Title III program. Responsible for making staffing adjustments and recruiting new staff to work additional hours in support of CarePartners. Assist in on-boarding, training, orienting and scheduling new employees. Accountable for planning, directing and coordinating the daily operations of the Private Duty and Internal Staffing Departments. Responsible for the accuracy of scheduling, intake, and data entry. Provide general administrative and clerical support as well as a wide range of office-based assistance for daily operations, activities and program management. Works with the Director of Staffing and In Home Services PACE to develop and implement staffing plans.
What qualifications you will need:
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
Required License/Certification: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. BLS Certification.
Required Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience
Preferred Experience: Previous management, coordinator/scheduler, and/or staffing agency experience.
