Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician to join a collaborative nursing team. You will assist RNs with patient care, monitor vitals, help with mobility, and support daily activities to promote comfort and safety in a rehabilitation setting.

The role emphasizes empathy and teamwork as you support care plans, maintain clean spaces, and communicate with patients and families.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 15 days of start date.
• CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers and comfort to support care and recovery.
• Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keeping patient areas clean, organized and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Managing supplies, equipment and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicating kindly with patients, families and the care team to support safety and quality.

Certified Nursing Assistant with our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital with CarePartners Health Services!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands‑on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. You'll assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans. Your attention, empathy, and teamwork help restore comfort and dignity for every patient you serve and make our mission to improve lives a reality each day.

Job Summary And Qualifications
