CarePartners Health Services, a part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Personal Care Aide to support individuals in their home in western North Carolina. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care and requires weekend availability to assist clients in daily living and essential home tasks.
The position favors candidates with a High School Diploma or GED and a valid North Carolina driver’s license, with a preference for those holding a Certified Personal Care Aide certificate or prior home care

The Personal Care Aide provides help with essential home management tasks and personal care tasks which enable the individual to remain functional and effective at home as long as possible. The staff participates is a weekend work responsibility. The Personal Care Aide must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide heavy lifting, reaching, pulling, squatting, and stooping. The Aide demonstrates ability to carry 50 pounds up 10 stairs.
