Qualifications

• Licenses: SC Pharmacist License
• Current BLS Certification
• CSP Certification (preferred)
• BCACP Certification (preferred)
• 2-4 years of work experience as a registered clinical pharmacist with at least 1 year of specialty pharmacy experience and supervisory experience
