Job summary

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a dynamic Manager of Spa & Wellness to lead daily operations of our luxury spa and fitness center. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards, and guide a diverse team in delivering world-class wellbeing services.

The role requires 2–4 years of management experience in a luxury spa setting, a hospitality degree, and a proactive approach to training, guest satisfaction, and safety.

About the role

The Manager of Spa & Wellness is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa and Fitness Center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to the highest standards of service. This role involves managing staff, maintaining facilities, and implementing wellness programs that align with the brand's commitment to luxury and well-being.

What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the spa and fitness facilities, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance of all areas, coordinating with housekeeping and engineering teams as necessary.
• Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including emergency response procedures.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about the latest trends and techniques.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, implementing improvements as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

• Familiarity with spa and fitness software systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
• 2-4 years of management experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
• A degree in hospitality management, wellness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
