Amerita, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Manager of Logistics & Transportation to lead the small parcel and courier network across multiple locations. You will optimize spend, improve service levels, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on developing governance, trackers, and scorecards to monitor performance, costs, and savings, while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, small parcel, or courier management.
• Experience managing small parcel and courier providers.
• Experience analyzing transportation spend, volumes, rates, and performance.
• Strong Excel and BI/reporting tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage national, regional, and local small parcel and courier providers.
• Develop service standards, escalation procedures, and governance across the courier network.
• Create dashboards and reports on transportation spend and performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Ops, and stakeholders to improve processes.
