Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Manager for Logistics & Transportation to oversee the small parcel and courier network. You will lead provider relationships, drive cost-efficient routing, and establish governance across the network.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to standardize analytics, improve spend visibility, and deliver data-driven recommendations for service improvements. A strong background in BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years progressive experience in transportation, logistics, small parcel, courier management, or related field.
• Experience managing small parcel and/or courier providers.
• Experience analyzing transportation spend, package volumes, courier rates, and service performance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate large datasets into insights.
• Proficient in Excel and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages portfolio of national, regional, and local small parcel and courier providers.
• Serves as subject matter expert for small parcel, courier, expedited, same-day, next-day, and last-mile services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with courier providers.
• Establishes service expectations, performance standards, and governance across courier network.
• Evaluates use of national/regional/local couriers based on cost and service.
• Develops transportation spend visibility and dashboards for leadership.
• Tracks cost per package, service levels, and spend by provider.
• Identifies savings opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partners with Finance/Procurement to improve invoice visibility and budgeting.
• Supports implementation of parcel analytics and transportation spend platforms.
• Translates transportation data into actionable leadership recommendations.
