You will optimize spend, establish performance standards, and drive data‑driven improvements in service levels and cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance and Operations, and governance of courier performance with clear reporting and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in transportation, logistics, or courier management.
• Experience analysing spend, volumes, rates and performance.
• Strong Excel skills and analytics capability.
• Vendor management, negotiation and cross‑functional work ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees national, regional and local small parcel and courier providers.
• Serves as subject matter expert for small parcel, courier and last‑mile services.
• Builds relationships with courier providers and sets performance standards.
• Tracks cost per package, delivery metrics and courier spend.
• Drives data‑driven optimization and standardization of courier processes.
• Partners with Finance and Procurement on budgeting and reporting.
• Develops dashboards and regular leadership reporting on transportation cost.
