Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in transportation/logistics, small parcel or courier management.
• Experience managing small parcel and/or courier providers.
• Experience analyzing transportation spend, volumes, rates, and performance.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI/reporting tools.
• Vendor management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national, regional, and local small parcel and courier providers.
• Act as SME for small parcel, courier, expedited, last-mile services.
• Develop and maintain courier relationships and performance standards.
• Establish governance, cost controls, and service levels across network.
• Provide visibility into transportation spend and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with Finance/Procurement on budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Create courier scorecards and regular business reviews with providers.
• Identify cost drivers and opportunities for savings and efficiency.
