Job summary

QVC Group in Piney Flats, Tennessee, is seeking a Site Quality Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 quality and operations team at our onsite Fulfillment Center. You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage audits, and drive process improvements across distribution operations.

You will collaborate with auditors, finance, and logistics teams to uphold SOX compliance and inventory integrity, while building cross-functional partnerships and developing training programs for staff.

The Site Quality Operations Manager supports QVC and oversees quality and operations for a multi-shift, seven-day distribution site, including inventory checks, root cause analysis, and compliance with SOX and company procedures.

Where You’ll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, Tennessee Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site.
• Acts as the primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting, ensuring compliance and integrity in inventory management.
• Builds cross-functional connections between Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics, and Distribution Operations, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develops and implements quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs to enhance inspection techniques, audit processes, and employee development.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluation, ensuring a fair, ethical, and engaged workplace aligned with QVC's values.
• Leads site initiatives and projects to optimize operations, drive inventory accuracy, improve customer service, and maintain a safe, secure working environment.

What You’ll Bring
