You’d be responsible for:

1. Supervising the shop program
2. Managing the vehicle and machine maintenance programs and purchases
3. Negotiating and procuring construction materials for multiple jobs in multiple locations
4. Ensuring that all materials are acquired at the lowest cost, considering quality, source reliability, and urgency
5. Interviewing vendors, analyzing quotes, recommending resources, and scheduling deliveries
6. Obtaining delivery certifications and reviewing received materials against orders
7. Verifying and approving invoices for orders
8. Developing and maintaining records and files
9. Demonstrating ethical behavior and integrity, and promoting a positive work environment

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic
• Customer service experience
• The ability to provide your own tools

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
