You’d be responsible for:

• Supervising the shop program
• Managing the vehicle and machine maintenance programs and purchases
• Negotiating and procuring construction materials for multiple jobs in multiple locations
• Ensuring that all materials are acquired at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need
• Interviewing vendors, analyzing quotes, recommending resources, and scheduling deliveries
• Obtaining delivery certifications and reviewing materials received against orders placed
• Verifying and approving invoices for orders placed
• Developing and maintaining necessary records and files
• Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting

You might be a good fit if you have:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Customer service experience
• Must be able to provide own tools

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
