As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a team that delivers results through providing an exceptional customer experience. You will share responsibility for executing all store operations and maintaining an appealing store environment. The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

  • Oversee assigned responsibilities and ensure results.
  • Support store standards for merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel to other store locations if needed.
