Cardinal Health seeks a senior leader to guide the ServiceNow Data Team, ensuring accurate CMDB data, reliable discovery, and enterprise data governance. You will drive AI-enabled automation, define data standards, and partner across IT and business units to elevate decision support.

This role manages global teams, shapes the data strategy for IT operations, and reports on data quality and platform health to executives. A strong ITIL background and ServiceNow expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT leadership roles preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, including offshore resources preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, configuration management, enterprise architecture, and data governance preferred.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, and analytics solutions within ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the ServiceNow Data Team with global teams (US, Manila, India).
• Govern and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB for data accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee ServiceNow Discovery operations, including MID Servers and credential management.
• Drive adoption and maturity of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Manage the Enterprise Architecture Workspace and overall application portfolio governance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting on CMDB health and data quality.
• Define and execute AI agent and automation strategies within ServiceNow and IT Operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance, service mapping, and reporting standards.
• Lead roadmap initiatives and platform enhancements across ServiceNow data management.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and audit requirements.
