Cardinal Health seeks a Manager, ServiceNow Data Team to lead governance and improvement of CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM. You will drive data quality, dashboards, and AI-driven automation across global teams including US, Manila, and India, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to raise operational excellence.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, governance, and enterprise architecture alignment, with opportunities to influence strategy and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT leadership roles (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 3+ years leading technical teams, including offshore resources (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, CMDB, governance, and EA concepts (preferred).
• Experience implementing AI, automation, and analytics within ServiceNow (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the ServiceNow Data Team (global teams).
• Govern and maintain ServiceNow CMDB with data accuracy and integrity.
• Oversee ServiceNow Discovery operations, schedules, credentials, and CI reconciliation.
• Drive adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Manage Enterprise Architecture Workspace: inventory, lifecycle, standards, rationalization.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for CMDB health, discovery coverage, and portfolio management.
• Define AI Agent and automation strategies within ServiceNow and IT Operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish governance, mapping, and reporting standards.
• Lead roadmap initiatives and platform enhancements for ServiceNow data management.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and audit requirements.
