Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, communications, customer engagement, go-to-market strategy, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication or go-to-market strategies for products, programs, or operational initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Seller Engagement partner for the Seller Risk organization, translating business priorities into effective seller-facing communications, go-to-market strategies, and enablement programs.
• Using customer insights and business data, you will continuously evaluate and improve how we engage sellers to drive understanding, encourage compliant behaviors, and improve business outcomes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Seller Engagement plans that align with risk policies, product launches, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution across all seller-facing channels.
• Balance immediate business priorities with a scalable and consistent communication approach.
