Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project/program management, information systems, communications, or related area with 3 years’ experience in process improvement, operations, program management, risk operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in process improvement, operations, program management, risk operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support business objectives.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities for standardization and optimization.
• Manage intake requests by conducting discovery, assessing urgency and impact, and executing required process or documentation updates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify process impacts, align stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and support informed decision-making.
• Support implementation readiness for process updates by defining requirements, documentation needs, handoffs, and success measures.
• Serve as a process subject matter expert by providing guidance on policies, tools, controls, and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of process changes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
