Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Operations - Seller Engagement - Performance in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead seller engagement initiatives within Walmart Marketplace’s Seller Performance org, partnering with Business Operations, Seller Support, Marketing, and Product to craft communications that clarify performance expectations, promote new capabilities, and boost seller performance.

You will develop go‑to‑market plans, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials, while partnering across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, communications, customer engagement, GTM strategy, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication or GTM strategies for products, programs, or operational initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Seller Engagement partner for the Seller Performance organization.
• Translate business priorities into effective seller-facing communications and go‑to‑market plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve seller understanding and transparency across touchpoints.
• Measure engagement initiatives and optimize based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Seller Support, Marketing, and Product.
