Position Overview

Team Management - You will be leading a team of Program Advisors and encouraging them to achieve their targets.

Individual Contributor in a nutshell - You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
  • Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Closing sales through effective objection handling and negotiation.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Working in US shift timings.

  • 5+ years of previous experience in an inside sales position.
  • BE (preferably in Computer Science) or MCA preferred.
  • Alternatively, managing sales for technology products, not necessarily Edtech.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales or Salesforce is a must.
