The DXC Cloud & ITO Sales Professional is a strategic, consultative seller who partners with clients to understand their key value outcomes. This role involves anchoring DXC's value propositions and sales strategies around solutions that deliver these client outcomes, including business and IT transformation objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, can coordinate stakeholders across large enterprises, and can confidently present capabilities to C-suite executives. DXC Cloud & ITO represents a significant portfolio in the Americas, with extensive capabilities spanning multiple vendors, partners, and proprietary solutions to address complex technological and business challenges.

What you will do
  1. Lead sales efforts and pursuits across our entire Cloud & ITO Services portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with account and industry teams to drive growth in complex sales pursuits.
  3. Build and maintain relationships within enterprise C-suite contacts to identify opportunities and expand new business relationships.
  4. Prospect and nurture new DXC Cloud & ITO opportunities through the sales funnel, supporting and leading pursuits.
  5. Manage the sales cycle from initiation to closure, delivering tailored modernization and transformation programs for large or complex clients.
  6. Achieve or surpass annual sales targets within assigned territories and offerings.
  7. Create market opportunities within territories and portfolios, qualifying and developing prospects.
  8. Coordinate with pre-sales and client relationship teams to generate a pipeline of qualified leads and execute the sales process through to closing.
Who you are
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  2. Typically, 7+ years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a similar sales role.
  3. Proven success in sales and sales enablement, with skills in strategy development, CRM, and market analysis.
  4. A proactive learner with industry and technology knowledge.
  5. Relevant certifications such as CSP or CSEP are advantageous.
  6. An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
