Job Description:

We’re launching an Associate Sales Manager program for ambitious individuals looking to level up their career. This is not a senior level role.

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be provided with learning opportunities to translate your technical, sales, and consulting skills into solutions that address our customers' most critical business challenges.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and synergy.
  • Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to enhance the sales process.
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to closing deals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven track record in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis

Other Qualifications:

Compensation at DXC ranges from $91,400 to $169,700, influenced by experience and organizational factors. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, wellness programs, insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and time off.
