Jobtailor in Chicago, IL seeks a results-driven Business Systems Analyst/RevOps Project Manager to own the Salesforce-backed revenue stack, translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, and test plans, and streamline the lead-to-cash workflow.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage JIRA backlogs, deliver MBRS with data-driven insights, and drive automation and adoption across Spiff, Pardot, Chili Piper, and AWS Connect.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem as a Business Systems Analyst, Revenue Systems Manager, or RevOps Project Manager in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including lead-to-cash lifecycle, opportunity management, custom objects, and reporting structures.
  • Hands-on experience or functional mastery with Revenue Systems including Spiff, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Gong, Chili Piper and enterprise Telephony/CTI solutions such as AWS Connect.
  • Salesforce end-user or administrative experience preferred; Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Business Analyst is a major plus.
  • Proven track record in Agile/Scrum delivery, JIRA backlog management, end-to-end project management, user story drafting, and managing formal SDLC processes.
  • PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification is a plus.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics capability with experience delivering data-backed Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to executive leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and manage lateral and upward stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with passion for creating frictionless end-user experiences and driving system adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the JIRA ticket backlog, sprint planning, and quarterly project planning process.
  • Transition the team from reactive ticket-taking to strategic, value-based backlog management.

  • Act as primary liaison between GTM business stakeholders and technical execution teams.
  • Lead business analysis, integration requirements, and workflow optimization across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Spiff, Account Engagement (Pardot), Chili Piper, and Telephony/CTI solutions.
  • Own the User Acceptance Testing lifecycle, including drafting test scripts, coordinating user testing sessions, securing sign-offs, and building SOP documentation repositories.
  • Manage large-scale revenue technology projects from inception through end-to-end delivery.
  • Provide status updates, proactive risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Deliver executive-level Monthly Business Reviews on system ROI, adoption, and platform health.
  • Audit tech stack utilization and vendor health.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to accelerate the merchant lifecycle.
