Job summary

COS in New York area is seeking a Floor Manager to drive a memorable customer experience and lead a dedicated team on the shop floor. You will set the tone for a welcoming, inspiring store environment while delivering operational excellence and excellent styling advice.

You will analyse sales data with the Store Manager, guide staff through onboarding and training, and act as a brand ambassador. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience in retail, preferably fashion.
  • Customer-focused: you engage with customers and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifikationen
  • Good knowledge of store operations & standards from previous experience working in retail, preferably within a fashion environment
  • Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example in prioritising their needs to deliver great service.
  • Product Passion: You have a genuine interest in the products we offer and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.
  • Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and empathetic in both customer and team interactions, able to provide clear direction and constructive feedback when needed.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
  • Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Analytical Thinking: Understanding of key retail KPIs and how to use them to drive performance.
Zusatzliche Informationen
  • This is a Full-Time position with a contract of 32-40 hours a week.

Compensation: $25.91-$29.14
