The Manager, Resourcing and Administration plays a key role in supporting the people, resources, and operations that enable WPP Brand & Design to deliver exceptional work.Working closely with the Resource Team, People Team, Finance, and squad leadership, this role oversees day-to-day resource planning, capacity management, freelance coordination, and operational processes. The Manager provides leaders with visibility into team capacity and staffing needs while ensuring projects are appropriately resourced and supported.
The role also partners with the People Team on onboarding, systems, reporting, training, and other operational initiatives that contribute to an efficient and positive employee experience.
The salary for thisposition at the time of this posting may range from $65,000 to $70,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
