Landor, a WPP company, is seeking a Senior Client Manager for our Chicago studio to lead project management for key client brands and advance business outcomes. You will work with Strategy, Design, Naming, and Brand Performance to deliver high-quality work and build trusted client relationships.

You should bring strong PM skills, experience running client projects in a brand/design agency, and excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

Take the lead on project management for one or more client brands. Identify opportunities to grow client relationships.

• As part of our Client Services Team, partner with Strategy, Design, Naming, and Brand Performance to successfully deliver on client projects.
• Become an expert on your client's organisation and brand, aligning their business needs with Landor's capabilities.
• Spark intrigue, spot opportunities for your clients and successfully sell new business.
• Be a stickler for detail, ensuring all presentations, proposals and communications are error free and of the highest quality.

What you'll need

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience successfully leading client projects in a brand/design agency.
• An ability to build strong working relationship, internally and externally.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients at all levels.

The salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $65,000 to $100,000.Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
