Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Manager for Provider Operations Strategy and Solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead the design and standardization of provider-facing processes across Medicaid programs.
• Define business and technical requirements to support provider systems, workflows, and compliance.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures to drive operational visibility.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure systems and data capture meet needs.
• Drive provider experience improvements to reduce friction and improve access.
• Support implementation to align with enterprise standards and data requirements.
• Identify and scale best practices across accounts and initiatives.
• Support governance, executive reporting, and roadmap planning.

Summary

The Manager, Provider Operations Strategy and Solutions role serves as a key leader responsible for driving standardized, scalable provider operational and technical solutions across Gainwell’s Medicaid accounts. This role partners with operations, product, engineering, and client stakeholders to design, implement, or optimize provider enrollment, outreach, system capabilities, reporting frameworks, and service delivery models.

The ideal candidate brings experience in Medicaid operations and implementations, with strong knowledge of provider workflows, reporting tools and customer experience platforms (CRM, workflow tools, provider portals). This role combines operational strategy, technical solutioning, and analytics to improve provider experience, efficiency, and compliance.

Your role in our mission

This role advances Gainwell’s mission by:

• Leading the design and standardization of provider-facing processes (e.g., enrollment, outreach, site visits) across Medicaid programs
• Defining business and technical requirements to support provider systems, workflows, and compliance
• Developing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures to drive operational visibility and performance
• Partnering with product and engineering teams to ensure systems and data capture meet business and reporting needs
• Driving provider experience improvements that reduce friction and improve access to services
• Supporting implementation efforts to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and data requirements
• Identifying and scaling best practices across accounts, including process, reporting, and performance models
• Supporting governance, executive reporting, roadmap planning, and strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid operations or technical service delivery
• Strong understanding of provider services (enrollment, screening, outreach, publications/communications, and support)
• Experience leading business process improvement, system implementation, or operational transformation initiatives across operations, product, and technology teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range for this position is$86,700.00-$123,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
