Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead client relationships, monitor progress, and report on performance metrics. The role collaborates across contracts and operations to ensure successful service delivery while managing budgets and risks.

It offers a remote work arrangement with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Medicare/Medicaid and healthcare provider experience, plus strong MS Office skills and clear communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Five or more years of Medicare/Medicaid experience.
  • Five or more years of healthcare provider work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Access/Power Point/Word.
  • Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with HMS contract operations and implementations to ensure successful service delivery and review client deliverables.
  • Monitors progress toward business goals and reports to management.
  • Develops reports to monitor operational and financial performance.
  • Oversees contracts, products/services, or special projects and monitors budget and revenue.
  • Escalates risks and implements mitigation strategies as needed.

We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status.

Your role in our mission
  • Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Builds relationships and collaborates effectively with HMS contract operations and implementations to ensure successful delivery of services to client(s). Assist in the creation and/or review of client deliverables
  • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management progress toward business goals.
  • Assist in the development of reports to monitor operational and financial performance
  • Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
  • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals
  • Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
  • Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed
  • Ability to quickly escalated any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions
What we're looking for

What you should expect in this role
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried ("W-2") employee position.
  • Must be willing to work 8AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
  • Travel may be required up 10% and is company paid.

  • Company provided computer for work use.
  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
