Job Description
The Property Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of and resource management for the day-to-day activity of a specified program (Public Housing, RAD, or Mixed Income) within the residential property portfolio. This position ensures that Private Property Management firms and/or Third-Party Owner entities operate CHA and/or privately owned property in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The focus is on Property Operations and Program Administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of experience or relevant training with 4+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, research ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software. Valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 75%, and knowledge of HUD and CHA regulations related to Public Housing, RAD, LIHTC, etc.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
