Job Title: Property Manager 300-499

Status: Exempt

Job Summary

As a Property Manager, you will oversee and manage the operational and financial aspects of an assigned property, typically managing properties with 300-499 units. Your role is to ensure all company goals related to the property are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate the property within the financial guidelines and approved budget.
  • Ensure optimal performance in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, reporting, and compliance.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including scheduling, billing, and insurance documentation.
  • Design and implement resident retention programs.
  • Perform physical inspections of the property and verify the condition of vacant apartments.
  • Handle evictions, utility cut-offs, and landlord liens on delinquent rentals.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube is preferred.
  • Developed supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Experience with rent collection, G/L postings, daily deposits, and SODAS.
  • Knowledge of MRI systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience with MS Office.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
