Girls Who Code is looking for a Partner Engagement Manager to drive success for corporate partners through effective account management and communication. This NY-based position requires collaboration and strategic relationship management to enhance partner experience and support fundraising goals.
The ideal candidate has 4-5 years in account management or similar fields, strong project management skills, and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days required in-office.
The Partner Engagement Manager drives success across an assigned portfolio of corporate partners through strong account management, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the Director of Partner Engagement, this role supports renewal and fundraising goals by managing partner relationships, executing partner benefits, and leading projects that improve the partner experience. The Manager oversees a portfolio of partners, typically with accountability for revenue retention and growth within the portfolio. The manager also supports various team projects on an as‑needed basis.
This is an individual contributor role with the potential for future people management responsibilities.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize efficiently. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, from program contacts to executive leaders. This role is NY-based and requires 2 days in-office per week, in compliance with our hybrid work policy.
