We are seeking a Manager of Program Services to oversee operations of specific programs/grants related to population health engagement, counseling, case management, and health education. Responsibilities include managing staff, budget adherence, tracking grant deliverables, data analysis, report writing, and building community partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Build positive relationships, motivate staff, and develop career plans.
2. Coach staff, administer disciplinary actions, and ensure team performance.
3. Analyze program data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with grant and regulatory requirements.
4. Develop relationships with community, county, federal, and local grantors; identify new funding opportunities.
5. Manage daily and strategic operations of assigned programs and grants, ensuring goals are met.
6. Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean tools.
7. Prepare and monitor program budgets, ensuring proper expenditure and revenue support.
8. Ensure staff receive necessary training on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working with target populations (e.g., HIV/AIDS, homeless, LGBT).
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience in healthcare.
• Meet organizational driver requirements.

The salary range is $68,640 - $81,640, with final offers based on experience and other factors.
