Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the Servicing Vault strategy and its multi-quarter roadmap.

You will partner with engineering, compliance, and servicing operations to ensure document storage, audit trails, and AI-driven capabilities meet regulatory and investor requirements. The role requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing product management, with a strong business sense for vault capabilities, risk, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in mortgage servicing.
• Strong business acumen linking vault/document capabilities to servicer economics and compliance risk.
• Experience with document management, audit trails or regulatory storage in servicing/lending.
• Experience shaping strategy with a roadmap from vision to delivery.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering on AI/ML-related features without a deep technical background.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy and execution for Servicing Vault including storage, audit and AI capabilities.
• Set and communicate a multi-quarter roadmap balancing short-term delivery with platform vision.
• Define Servicing Vault strategy and translate goals into roadmap.
• Drive requirements for storage architecture, retention/audit workflows and regulatory features.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities in vault operations (anomaly detection, auto-classification).
• Partner with engineering, compliance and servicing operations to meet regulatory/investor requirements.
• Serve as the primary product voice in client and leadership conversations.
• Manage trade-offs and clearly communicate roadmap changes to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy and execution for the Servicing Vault domain — document storage, document audit, and related AI-driven capabilities
• Sets the overarching roadmap the team executes against; balances near-term delivery with long-term platform vision
• Define and own the Servicing Vault strategy, translating business goals into a multi-quarter product roadmap
• Drive requirements and prioritization for document storage architecture, retention/audit workflows, and compliance-driven features
• Identify and scope AI/automation opportunities within document audit and vault operations (e.g., anomaly detection, auto-classification, exception handling)
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and servicing operations to ensure vault capabilities meet regulatory and investor requirements
• Act as the primary product voice for Servicing Vault in client and internal leadership conversations
• Manage trade-offs across competing priorities and communicate roadmap changes clearly to stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience

• 5+ years of product management experience within mortgage servicing
• Strong business acumen — able to connect vault/document capabilities to servicer economics, compliance risk, and operational efficiency
• Working knowledge of document management, audit trails, or regulatory storage requirements in a servicing or lending context
• Experience shaping strategy (not just executing a backlog) — has owned a roadmap from vision through delivery
• Comfortable partnering with engineering on AI/ML-adjacent features, even without a technical background

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Familiarity with MSP or comparable servicing platforms
• Exposure to compliance/audit frameworks (investor, agency, or regulatory)
• Prior experience introducing AI-driven functionality into a legacy operational workflow
