Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own the Servicing Vault domain, covering document storage, audit trails, and AI-driven capabilities.

You will align business goals with a multi-quarter roadmap and translate strategy into concrete delivery with engineering and compliance partners. In this role, you will drive requirements for architecture, retention workflows, and regulatory features, partnering with stakeholders to balance priorities and communicate roadmap

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience within mortgage servicing.
• Strong business acumen linking vault/document capabilities to servicer economics, compliance risk, and operational efficiency.
• Working knowledge of document management, audit trails, or regulatory storage requirements in a servicing or lending context.
• Experience shaping strategy (not just executing a backlog) — has owned a roadmap from vision through delivery.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering on AI/ML-adjacent features, even without a technical background.

Responsabilidades

• Owns product strategy and execution for the Servicing Vault domain — document storage, document audit, and related AI-driven capabilities
• Sets the overarching roadmap the team executes against; balances near-term delivery with long-term platform vision
• Define and own the Servicing Vault strategy, translating business goals into a multi-quarter product roadmap
• Drive requirements and prioritization for document storage architecture, retention/audit workflows, and compliance-driven features
• Identify and scope AI/automation opportunities within document audit and vault operations (e.g., anomaly detection, auto-classification, exception handling)
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and servicing operations to ensure vault capabilities meet regulatory and investor requirements
• Act as the primary product voice for Servicing Vault in client and internal leadership conversations
• Manage trade-offs across competing priorities and communicate roadmap changes clearly to stakeholders

Knowledge And Experience

• Strong business acumen — able to connect vault/document capabilities to servicer economics, compliance risk, and operational efficiency
• Working knowledge of document management, audit trails, or regulatory storage requirements in a servicing or lending context
• Experience shaping strategy (not just executing a backlog) — has owned a roadmap from vision through delivery
• Comfortable partnering with engineering on AI/ML-adjacent features, even without a technical background

Preferred Knowledge And Experience

• Familiarity with MSP or comparable servicing platforms
• Exposure to compliance/audit frameworks (investor, agency, or regulatory)
• Prior experience introducing AI-driven functionality into a legacy operational workflow
