Senior Product Manager (Remote, AEST hours) | Dijitally

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Program/Product Manager to lead a major ~$1M website redevelopment project. This is a 6+ month contract role for someone who’s confident managing large-scale digital initiatives from start to finish.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale website project (~$1M budget).
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to drive successful outcomes.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to maintain strong alignment.
• Identifying risks early and implementing strategies to keep the project on track.
• Keeping communication clear, consistent, and focused at every stage of the project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience managing high-value website projects of a similar scale (~$1M budgets).
• Strong skills across project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience operating in freelance or contract roles, with a track record of delivering independently.
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, website development lifecycles, and CMS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Enterprise-level website builds.
• Digital agency, SaaS, or tech-driven environments.
• SEO, UX best practices, and web performance metrics.

How we work:

This is a remote role, with core working hours aligned to the Australian AEST time zone. Flexibility is important, but so is self-management and clear communication. You’ll stay connected with the team through Slack, Google Meet, and email (G-suite) — and you’ll be trusted to drive progress independently while keeping stakeholders in the loop.
