Your Role : As a Manager of Product Change Management, you will manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership within the Personal Lines Product division.

You will:

  1. Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for the delivery of change management initiatives.
  2. Advise external stakeholders on change management disciplines.
  3. Lead a team of change practitioners, setting strategies and ensuring process adherence across the organization.
  4. Partner with organizational teams to develop strategic and tactical change management activities.
  5. Act as Change Manager for multiple complex change efforts, coaching business leaders on alignment.
  6. Develop new change management methods and service offerings, establishing yourself as a thought leader.
  7. Support staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for change initiatives.
  8. Build organization-wide reports on change initiatives, including culture, engagement, and adoption metrics.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 10+ years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and application.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Experience in training design, development, and delivery for complex projects.
  • Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent listening skills and adaptability in communication.
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills, with a strategic and systemic thinking approach.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
  • Extensive knowledge across functional areas related to change deployment.
  • Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.
