Your Role :

1. Manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
2. Lead and be accountable for the delivery of change management initiatives within the division.
3. Advise external stakeholders on change management disciplines.
4. Lead a team of change practitioners, setting strategies, ensuring process adherence, and overseeing projects.
5. Partner with organizational teams to develop strategic and tactical organizational change management activities.
6. Act as Change Manager for multiple change efforts, coaching business leaders on alignment between technical and business work streams.
7. Innovate and develop new change management methods and service offerings.
8. Establish governance frameworks for staffing and budgeting of change initiatives.
9. Utilize surveys and observations to report on change initiatives, including culture, engagement, adoption, and sustainability.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 10+ years of related experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
3. Deep knowledge of change management concepts, methods, and applications.
4. Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
5. Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training for complex product and IT projects.
6. Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
7. Excellent listening skills and adaptability in communication style.
8. Strong partnering and influencing skills, with strategic and systemic thinking.
9. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
10. Proficiency in scoping work and resource planning.
11. Extensive knowledge in change deployment areas: communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
12. Experience in an agile environment, specifically SAFe.
