Your Role :

As a Manager, Product Change Management, you will manage the resources and activities of a team while providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.

  1. Provide leadership and mentorship, being accountable for the delivery of change management to the Personal Lines Product Division.
  2. Advise external stakeholders on change management discipline.
  3. Lead change practitioners, set overall change and communication strategies, ensure process adherence, and oversee projects within the organization.
  4. Partner with organizational leadership, communication, training, and business support teams to develop coordinated change management activities that meet objectives on time and within budget.
  5. Act as Change Manager for multiple, sophisticated change efforts, coaching business leaders on plan alignment between technical and business streams.
  6. Lead in developing new change management methods and service offerings, recognized as a thought leader.
  7. Provide frameworks for staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for change initiatives.
  8. Use surveys and other inputs to report on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 10+ years of related experience.
  • At least 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and application.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Experience in training design, development, and delivery for complex projects.
  • Ability to influence leaders at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication.
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills with strategic thinking ability.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Knowledge across functional areas related to change deployment, including communications, HR, IT, and business process improvement.
  • Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional consulting environment.
