Product Manager, Rocking Bioreactor Consumables

Role Summary

The Product Manager for Rocking Bioreactor Consumables is responsible for leading the product lifecycle, from launch to delivery, collaborating with regional commercial teams, supply chain, quality, and R&D to drive revenue and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and representing the voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage product lines including bags, accessories, and consumables used in bioprocessing bioreactors.
2. Maintain customer focus, advocating for their needs internally.
3. Lead cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.
4. Serve as the product expert, managing roadmaps, pricing, and resolving internal and external queries.
5. Contribute to strategy creation and ensure proper execution with cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management, development, or marketing.
• Knowledge of market trends, NPI process, product lifecycle, and quality investigations.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, domestically or internationally.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with ReadyToProcess WAVE25 Bioreactor.
• Familiarity with QlikSense or Salesforce.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel over 40%.

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus bonus/incentives. Range may be adjusted in the future.
