What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the development and optimization of our digital tools and platforms — helping us deliver seamless, intuitive experiences for patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for key digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, QA, operations, and marketing to bring new features and enhancements to life.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, data analysis, and input from internal teams.
• Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable tasks and ensure timely execution while maintaining high quality.
• Monitor KPIs and product performance, continuously seeking ways to improve user experience, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring we’re solving the right problems with the right solutions.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or another regulated industry.
• Proven success in launching and managing digital products across the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’re just as comfortable talking to engineers as you are with executives or end users.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms is a plus.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Background or familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) or chronic condition management.
• Experience working with EHR systems or other healthcare data platforms.
• Passion for making a difference in people’s lives through better healthcare access and delivery.
