Your Role :

As a Manager, Product Change Management, you will manage resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership within the Personal Lines Product division.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing leadership and mentorship while being accountable for change management delivery.
2. Advising external stakeholders on change management discipline.
3. Leading change practitioners, setting strategies, ensuring process adherence, and overseeing projects.
4. Partnering with organizational teams to develop strategic and tactical change management activities.
5. Acting as Change Manager for multiple initiatives, coaching business leaders on plan alignment.
6. Developing new change management methods and service offerings, recognized as a thought leader.
7. Supporting staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for change initiatives.
8. Building reports on change initiatives, workplace culture, and employee engagement.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 10+ years of related experience.
• At least 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
• Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and application.
• Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
• Experience in training design, development, and delivery for complex projects.
• Ability to influence leaders at all levels and ensure active sponsorship.
• Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication.
• Strong partnering and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
• Knowledge in change deployment areas: communications, HR, IT, and business processes.
• Experience in an agile environment, specifically SAFe.
