The Procurement Excellence Manager is a highly strategic, hands‑on role focused on building analytics, processes, and systems to support a global, digital and AI‑enabled procurement organization. This role partners across functions to optimize Source‑to‑Pay processes, enhance tools and systems, and drive measurable procurement value through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement.
This position is based in Davidson, NC. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with minimal travel expected.
The pay range for this role is $115,000‑$140,000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
