Altice USA is looking for a Manager, Procurement - Contract Lifecycle Management to lead the strategy and governance of the contract lifecycle management ecosystem. This role will optimize processes using the Ironclad CLM platform and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of procurement/contract management experience, along with expertise in Oracle EBS. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities are essential.
The Manager, Procurement - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) is responsible for leading the governance, strategy, and continuous improvement of the organization's contract lifecycle management ecosystem, with primary ownership of the Ironclad CLM platform and integration with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS). This role provides functional leadership across Procurement, Legal, Finance, and the broader business to ensure contract data integrity, process standardization, and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements. The Manager is accountable for optimizing end‑to‑end contract lifecycle processes, enhancing system capabilities, and driving measurable improvements in cycle time, visibility, and risk management. The role also leads CLM‑related reporting, ensures alignment between contractual terms and ERP data structures, and serves as a subject‑matter expert for contract governance and commercial risk identification.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job‑related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position at the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 per year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and does not reflect future job opportunity.
