Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools; Ironclad strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of contract lifecycle management and legal operations workflows.
• Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, permissions in CLM systems.
• Experience with GenAI-driven automation — AI agents/workflows accelerating migrations, data mapping, or support in a Legal context.

Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM workflows—templates, approvals, and permissions.
• Partner with Legal and Legal Operations to translate contract/compliance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Design and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle—from intake to renewal.
• Develop and support integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, identity management).
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for contract visibility, compliance tracking, and operational insight.
• Manage system security, access controls, and data governance for confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Support contract data migrations, system enhancements, and feature rollouts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with Ironclad support and internal teams.
• Create/maintain documentation and training materials.
• Support administration/integration of other legal systems—Descartes, Brightflag, et al.
• Stay current on Ironclad enhancements, CLM trends, and legal-tech best practices.
