Job summary

Optimum is seeking a Procurement Manager for Contract Lifecycle Management in Bethpage, NY, to lead governance of the Ironclad CLM platform and its integration with Oracle EBS. You will drive standardized processes, data integrity, audit readiness and risk management across Procurement, Legal, and Finance.

You will own the CLM strategy, templates, dashboards, and KPIs, while coordinating with IT, vendors, and business partners to optimize cycle time and contract performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–9 years procurement/contract management experience.
• CLM (Ironclad preferred) experience.
• Oracle EBS experience.
• Strong contract interpretation and risk assessment skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Leadership and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail and governance focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define governance and roadmap for Ironclad CLM platform.
• Lead CLM strategy, templates, metadata and workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle governance from intake to repository.
• Manage renewals, obligations and performance tracking.
• Coordinate UAT, releases with IT and vendors.
• Provide training and drive adoption across functions.
• Ensure alignment between contract terms and Oracle EBS data.
• Maintain data integrity across systems.
• Develop CLM dashboards and KPIs (cycle time, compliance).
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Act as escalation point for CLM issues.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders on standardized processes.
