Job summary

MSH seeks a Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence to design, govern, and mature enterprise procurement processes and standards onsite in Florida. You will lead the creation of a formal COE, establish governance routines, and drive enterprise adoption of a new procurement technology platform across P2P, S2C, and SRM.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years in procurement, supply chain, or procurement operations.
• Experience building or maturing a Procurement COE, transformation office, or shared services model.
• Hands-on ownership of a procurement technology platform implementation (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or similar).
• SAP master data governance and ERP workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured, multi-stage sourcing methodology.

• Build a procurement training and development program for the broader function.
• Establish procurement KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines to monitor compliance, adoption, and business impact.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite

MSH has partnered with a leading U.S. industrial and building materials manufacturer with large-scale operations, a strong national presence, and a vertically integrated supply chain. The company continues to invest in procurement transformation and operational excellence and is seeking a strategic procurement leader to build and mature its Procurement Center of Excellence, standardize processes, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of new procurement technology.

This highly visible role will partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Sustainability, and Supply Chain leadership while serving as the subject-matter expert for procurement governance, systems, and capability-building.

What We're Looking For

• 10-12+ years of progressive procurement, supply chain, or procurement operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, or significantly maturing a Procurement COE, transformation office, or shared services model.
• Hands-on ownership of a procurement technology platform implementation (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, or similar).
• SAP master data governance and ERP workflow experience.
• Heavy manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial background preferred, not required.
