We are seeking a manager to oversee business unit administrative responsibilities at two Primary Care locations in Broad Ripple and Hillsdale. The role manages approximately 38 FTEs and 17 physicians/providers, focusing on finances, human resources, office management, staffing, and clinical quality. The manager ensures that goals are translated into actionable items to achieve results.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, and/or 7 years of work experience in practice management (Required)
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing a medical practice or healthcare facility (Required)
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards problem-solving
• Experience managing human resources issues, including staffing, hiring, termination, recognition, retention, discipline, coaching, and performance reviews
• Ability to translate strategy into tactical work, ensuring staff understands performance expectations
• Experience in financial oversight, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and reporting
• Oversee practice management functions including staffing, workflow, patient service, purchasing, and inventory
• Focus on access, patient experience, and process improvements
• Implement practice growth initiatives, CQI, EMR, PMS, and serve as or coordinate with super users
• Ensure practice compliance and address noncompliance issues promptly
