- Direct daily operations, develop, plan & implement programs to maximize patient access and provider efficiency for assigned practice locations
- Develop and support processes that deliver a superior patient experience and high quality care and services
- Develop staffing structures that meet the goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and facilitate programs in the delivery of coordinated care throughout the physician network and affiliate hospitals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of practice experience required
- 3 years of physician practice experience required
- 1 year of supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of professional coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred
- American College of Medical Practice Executives Certification (ACMPE) preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to precept and mentor other staff members
- Proven experience building successful physician relations
- Demonstrated financial acumen and revenue cycle knowledge
