Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience with HS/GED or 7 years equivalent experience.
• Leadership readiness or ASPIRE completion for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's performance management strategy and lifecycle, including design and calibration.
• Oversee annual and mid-year performance cycles and evaluator accountability.
• Manage performance management systems and technology to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Develop employee experience and engagement strategies to improve culture and retention.
• Lead employee listening initiatives and analyze workforce trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to strengthen performance management capabilities and accountability.
